Coach Michael Miranda is a Southern California raised personal trainer whose clients include athletes and everyday people. Born and raised in Los Angeles County, he is recognized for his skill in functional training and his dedication to the development of each kid individually.
Having competitively played organized sports for over 15 years and continue working to improve his athletic performance allows him to understand better how to address the needs of athletes.
He is in the process of getting his training and nutrition certificates. The high school attended was Bellflower High School, from there he spent 3 years at Compton College playing baseball and football and eventually attended Wiley University in Marshall, Texas majoring in Mass Communications.
He understands each athlete may be different and have other capabilities than the next, so creating workout plans for separate individual athletes is key to Mike when dealing with a committed student athlete.
Michael’s goal is to guide the youth being able to get them to believe in themselves when coming to the training side of life. Making themselves better each day in whatever it is they want and even life in general.
